Companies House – 3-months extension period to file accounts

Due to the current situation, Companies House together with the UK government has granted a further 3 months extension for firms that are struggling to file Accounts caused by the impact of COVID-19.
You must apply to Companies House for the extension. If you do not apply for an extension and your accounts are filed late, an automatic penalty will be imposed.
