{"id":4047,"date":"2021-03-22T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-03-22T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/grants-for-businesses-new-to-importing-or-exporting\/"},"modified":"2023-09-25T18:56:46","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T17:56:46","slug":"sovvenzioni-per-le-imprese-che-si-affacciano-allimportazione-o-allesportazione","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/it\/grants-for-businesses-new-to-importing-or-exporting\/","title":{"rendered":"Sovvenzioni per le imprese che si affacciano all'importazione o all'esportazione"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L'HMRC ha aggiornato le sue linee guida sulle piccole e medie imprese (PMI) che affrontano per la prima volta le trattative di importazione ed esportazione.<\/p>\n<p>La nuova misura economica da 20 milioni di sterline consente alle PMI di richiedere sovvenzioni e sostegno nei primi mesi dopo l'uscita del Regno Unito dall'Unione Europea.<\/p>\n<p>Il Fondo di sostegno alla Brexit per le PMI fornirebbe fino a 2.000 sterline per la formazione o la consulenza professionale.<\/p>\n<p>A cosa \u00e8 destinato il fondo di sostegno per le piccole e medie imprese nel Regno Unito?<\/p>\n<p>Il fondo mira ad aiutare le PMI nelle procedure doganali, come la compilazione delle dichiarazioni, la gestione dei processi e l'assistenza nell'uso di software e sistemi.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, la misura economica svolge un ruolo cruciale nel sostenere le PMI su aspetti specifici relativi all'importazione e all'esportazione, tra cui l'IVA, le accise e tutto ci\u00f2 che riguarda le norme sull'origine dei prodotti.<\/p>\n<p>Pu\u00f2 anche essere utilizzato per ottenere una consulenza professionale in modo che l'azienda possa soddisfare i requisiti doganali, di accisa, di IVA all'importazione o di dichiarazione di sicurezza.<\/p>\n<p>L'HMRC ha quindi stabilito alcuni requisiti per le aziende che intendono richiedere un sostegno finanziario.<\/p>\n<p>Possono presentare domanda di sovvenzione le imprese con sede e registrazione nel Regno Unito da almeno 12 mesi prima della presentazione della domanda, o in possesso dello status di Operatore Economico Autorizzato.<\/p>\n<p>Un requisito fondamentale \u00e8 l'importazione e l'esportazione di merci tra la Gran Bretagna e l'Unione Europea e tra la Gran Bretagna e l'Irlanda del Nord e la compilazione della relativa documentazione per le merci.<\/p>\n<p>Per richiedere la sovvenzione, l'azienda deve anche essere puntuale negli adempimenti fiscali, non avere pi\u00f9 di 500 dipendenti e il fatturato annuo non deve superare i 100 milioni di sterline.<\/p>\n<p>La societ\u00e0 che si occupa della gestione delle domande di sostegno economico \u00e8 la societ\u00e0 di revisione PricewaterhouseCooper (PWC) ed \u00e8 possibile presentare la domanda di contributo accedendo al seguente link <a href=\"about:blank\">Fondo di sostegno alle PMI per la Brexit - Regime di sovvenzioni doganali (customsintermediarygrant.co.uk)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Per ulteriori informazioni non esitate a contattarci a <a href=\"mailto:info@well-tax.com\">info@well-tax.com<\/a> oppure potete visitare il nostro sito web <a href=\"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/it\/\">www.well-tax.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Autore<\/p>\n<p>Domenico Santomasi<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HMRC has updated its guidelines on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are facing import and export talks for the first time.
