In alternativa, durante questo periodo di pandemia, i contribuenti possono sottrarre questi importi dal loro reddito per ridurre la loro base imponibile e ottenere una tassazione pi\u00f9 leggera.<\/p>\n<p>Questa iniziativa si chiama \"Indennit\u00e0 per il lavoro da casa\". Questa indennit\u00e0 mira a coprire i costi aggiuntivi che i dipendenti devono sostenere per lavorare da casa, come l'illuminazione e il riscaldamento della stanza di lavoro e le telefonate di lavoro.<\/p>\n<p>Si noti che la franchigia di 6 sterline a settimana si riferisce all'anno fiscale in corso (dal 6 aprile 2020 al 5 aprile 2021), mentre era di 4 sterline a settimana in riferimento all'anno fiscale precedente (dal 6 aprile 2019 al 5 aprile 2020). Se l'indennit\u00e0 viene estesa al prossimo anno fiscale (2021-2022), \u00e8 necessario presentare un'altra domanda. In alternativa, i dipendenti possono richiedere uno sgravio fiscale sulle spese effettivamente sostenute, purch\u00e9 siano in grado di fornire prove, come ad esempio le bollette telefoniche.<\/p>\n<p>La possibilit\u00e0 per i dipendenti che lavorano da casa a causa della Covid-19 di richiedere una detrazione, se non hanno ricevuto il rimborso delle spese aggiuntive dai loro datori di lavoro, \u00e8 stata annunciata in una richiesta parlamentare che ha avuto risposta positiva il 27 marzo.<\/p>\n<p>I dipendenti possono richiedere lo sgravio fiscale inserendo le spese aggiuntive nella loro dichiarazione dei redditi (dichiarazione di autovalutazione o presentando il modulo P87) o semplicemente attraverso la piattaforma governativa. \u00c8 possibile verificare l'ammissibilit\u00e0 e richiedere lo sgravio fiscale visitando il seguente link:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/tax-relief-for-employees\/working-at-home\">https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/tax-relief-for-employees\/working-at-home<\/a><\/p>\n<p>L'HMRC ha confermato che l'indennit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 essere ottenuta per intero anche se un dipendente divide il suo tempo tra lavoro da casa e lavoro in ufficio.
