Ieri il Cancelliere Rishi Sunak ha introdotto il Job Support Scheme, che entrer\u00e0 in vigore dal 1\u00b0 gennaio 2011.st<\/sup> di novembre, quando termina il Furlough Scheme.<\/p>\n

Il Job Support Scheme durer\u00e0 sei mesi, fino alla fine di aprile 2021, e sar\u00e0 rivisto dopo tre mesi.<\/p>\n

Questo nuovo regime funzioner\u00e0 in modo molto diverso dal precedente: integrer\u00e0 gli stipendi dei dipendenti che non possono essere riassunti a tempo pieno dai loro datori di lavoro. Tuttavia, per poterne beneficiare, i dipendenti dovranno lavorare almeno un terzo del loro orario normale.<\/p>\n

Per le ore non lavorate, il governo e il datore di lavoro pagheranno ciascuno un terzo del salario rimanente. Quindi, supponendo che un dipendente lavori 33% delle ore normali, il governo pagher\u00e0 un terzo delle 66% rimanenti (22%) e il datore di lavoro un altro terzo (22%). Pertanto, i dipendenti otterranno almeno 77% della loro retribuzione, che \u00e8 quasi pari agli 80% offerti dal regime di licenziamento.<\/p>\n

Tuttavia, con il regime di furlough il governo pagava 80% dei salari fino a 2.500 sterline al mese fino ad agosto, 70% a settembre e 60% a ottobre (con i datori di lavoro che pagavano rispettivamente 10% e 20% in questi due mesi). Con il nuovo schema, il governo pagher\u00e0 solo un massimo di 22% con un tetto di 697,92 sterline al mese.<\/p>\n

Inoltre, con il nuovo schema, i dipendenti dovranno lavorare almeno un terzo delle loro ore, anzich\u00e9 nessuna. Dopo tre mesi, il governo potr\u00e0 aumentare il numero minimo di ore lavorate.<\/p>\n

Chi lavora in industrie attualmente chiuse, come i locali notturni, non potr\u00e0 partecipare al nuovo Job Support Scheme e potrebbe perdere il lavoro.<\/p>\n

Il Job Support Scheme \u00e8 aperto alle piccole e medie imprese, ma anche le grandi imprese possono essere ammesse, se possono dimostrare di aver subito una riduzione dei ricavi.<\/p>\n

Infine, per essere ammessi al beneficio, i dipendenti devono essere in forza all'azienda almeno dal 23rd<\/sup> di settembre.<\/p>\n

Altre misure introdotte dal governo per ridurre al minimo la disoccupazione sono le seguenti:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. 1.000 sterline per ogni dipendente licenziato mantenuto almeno fino alla fine di gennaio.<\/li>\n
  2. 1.500 sterline per ogni giovane disoccupato tra i 16 e i 24 anni a cui viene offerto un tirocinio di sei mesi di \"alta qualit\u00e0\".<\/li>\n
  3. 2.000 sterline per ogni apprendista under 25 assunto fino alla fine di gennaio, o 1.500 sterline per gli over 25.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
