{"id":4028,"date":"2020-08-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-08-06T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/uk-ready-for-no-deal\/"},"modified":"2026-03-10T13:29:21","modified_gmt":"2026-03-10T13:29:21","slug":"il-regno-unito-e-pronto-per-il-no-deal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/it\/uk-ready-for-no-deal\/","title":{"rendered":"Il Regno Unito \u00e8 pronto per il no-deal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durante una cena informale tra Boris Johnson, primo ministro britannico, e Angela Merkel, cancelliere tedesco e presidente del Consiglio dell'Unione Europea fino alla fine del 2020, \u00e8 stato ribadito il concetto che il Regno Unito sarebbe pronto a lasciare l'Unione Europea senza un accordo, qualora i 27 Paesi del blocco si dimostrassero poco inclini al compromesso.<\/p>\n<p>Al momento, infatti, i negoziati sono ancora lontani dalla conclusione, visto che mancano meno di sei mesi per raggiungere un accordo che eviti il no-deal.<\/p>\n<p>Le ragioni principali del disaccordo sono tre:<\/p>\n<p>- Influenza delle corti europee sulle leggi britanniche;<\/p>\n<p>- Pesca;<\/p>\n<p>- Equilibrio tra la volont\u00e0 del Regno Unito di allentare le regole e l'accesso al mercato unico.<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, Boris Johnson si \u00e8 detto pronto a intensificare i colloqui tra le parti per raggiungere un accordo entro la fine del 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, se non si raggiunger\u00e0 un accordo entro la fine di dicembre, si concretizzer\u00e0 lo scenario del no-deal e quindi dal 2021 le relazioni tra Regno Unito e Unione Europea saranno regolate dall'Organizzazione Mondiale del Commercio.
