Le aziende sono ora autorizzate a rinviare i dazi, le dichiarazioni doganali e alcuni controlli fino a luglio. Tuttavia, dopo la decisione del Parlamento britannico, l'UE ha dichiarato che i controlli alle frontiere sulle esportazioni del Regno Unito avranno luogo a partire da gennaio 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Questa decisione ha spinto i membri dell'opposizione ad affermare che ci\u00f2 potrebbe indebolire ancora di pi\u00f9 l'economia del Regno Unito alla luce di una pandemia. In risposta, il ministro del Cabinet Office ha dichiarato che, nonostante il tempo di un'ulteriore proroga della Brexit sia finito, ci saranno presto aggiornamenti su come verranno effettuati i controlli sulle importazioni non solo per evitare la mancanza di cibo fresco, ma anche per assicurarsi che venga raccolta la giusta quantit\u00e0 di tasse.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo il \"piano rivisto\", ci saranno tre fasi di controllo delle importazioni del Regno Unito, indipendentemente dal fatto che si arrivi o meno a un accordo sulla Brexit:<\/p>\n<p>- Merci standard: saranno controllate sulla base dei regolamenti doganali standard (ad esempio abbigliamento ed elettronica), ma sostanze come l'alcol saranno controllate in modo intensivo dall'inizio del 2021. Le aziende britanniche avranno ancora 6 mesi di tempo per presentare i documenti doganali e pagare le tariffe come precedentemente concordato.<\/p>\n<p>- Merci di origine animale: le aziende dovranno fornire in anticipo alle autorit\u00e0 doganali la documentazione sanitaria appropriata a partire dal 1\u00b0 gennaio.<sup>st<\/sup> Aprile 2021.<\/p>\n<p>- I controlli sul bestiame, sui prodotti sanitari e sulle piante nei punti di ingresso chiave, come Dover, aumenteranno a partire dal 1\u00b0 gennaio.<sup>st<\/sup> Luglio 2021. Entro tale data, tutte le aziende importatrici dovranno presentare dichiarazioni doganali e di \"sicurezza\", oltre a pagare gli oneri di importazione.<\/p>\n<p>In questi punti di ingresso chiave saranno disponibili nuove strutture di frontiera per garantire che i controlli vengano effettuati in modo appropriato.<\/p>\n<p>Queste nuove implementazioni garantiranno alle aziende interessate dal covid-19 un tempo supplementare per adattarsi alle nuove regole. Tuttavia, le decisioni che verranno prese per l'esportazione del Regno Unito devono ancora essere pronunciate da Bruxelles.
