Ha ribadito che il Regno Unito potr\u00e0 commerciare con gli Stati membri dell'UE senza restrizioni solo se il Parlamento accetter\u00e0 alcune regole di \"parit\u00e0 di condizioni\" per garantire standard di controllo simili in materia di ambiente e lavoro.
