La procedura pu\u00f2 essere effettuata compilando il modulo di trasferimento \"APSS263\", reperibile sul sito di HMRC.<a href=\"https:\/\/assets.publishing.service.gov.uk\/government\/uploads\/system\/uploads\/attachment_data\/file\/597213\/APSS263_02_2017v1.0.pdf\">APSS263<\/a>'.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 d'obbligo sottolineare che la compilazione del modulo ed il successivo trasferimento dei contributi si rivelerebbe conveniente solo nel caso in cui il fondo pensionistico europeo venisse riconosciuto. Infatti, in caso contrario, il modulo autorizzerebbe preventivamente l'Agenzia delle Entrate britannica, HM Revenue &amp; Customs (HMRC), a tassare i propri contributi. Qualora i contributi dovessero essere trasferiti in un fondo non riconosciuto, essi verrebbero tassati circa al 40 percento. <\/p>\n<p>Ad ogni modo, dall'inizio dell'anno fiscale 2017, HMRC ha introdotto delle regole pi\u00f9 rigorose che hanno portato ad una conseguente rimozione dei fondi pensionistici italiani e francesi dalla lista dei fondi pensionistici privati riconosciuti, destando non poche polemiche.<\/p>\n<p>Fortunatamente per\u00f2, esiste un metodo alternativo che permetterebbe comunque ai cittadini italiani di trasferire i propri contributi in un fondo italiano senza essere tassati al 40%. Tale metodo, leggermente pi\u00f9 complicato di quello menzionato in precedenza, si basa sulla intermediazione di fondi pensionistici maltesi, ancora riconosciuti da HMRC.
