La Brexit ha giocato il ruolo principale in questo contesto economicamente deprimente, portando incertezza e instabilit\u00e0 nel Regno Unito. A destare le maggiori preoccupazioni sono stati gli accordi che dovranno essere presi con l'Unione Europea.<\/p>\n<p>Lo scenario peggiore \u00e8 stato previsto dall'esclusiva di BuzzFeedNews, che ha avuto accesso a documenti riservati sulla Brexit, secondo cui gli esiti di un'uscita dall'Europa saranno negativi e colpiranno ogni settore.<\/p>\n<p>Il documento ha valutato i tre scenari pi\u00f9 plausibili sulle future relazioni tra il Regno Unito e l'UE. Con un accordo di libero scambio, come quello evocato dalla May nel suo discorso a Firenze, la crescita britannica sarebbe inferiore di 5% nei prossimi 15 anni rispetto alle previsioni attuali. In caso di mancato accordo sulla Brexit, con il Regno Unito costretto a rispettare le regole dell'Organizzazione mondiale del commercio, la crescita britannica sarebbe inferiore di 8% nello stesso periodo. Se il Regno Unito dovesse mantenere l'accesso al mercato interno dell'UE, nel lungo periodo la crescita sarebbe comunque inferiore di 2% rispetto alla piena adesione all'UE. Questi calcoli non tengono conto dei costi a breve termine derivanti dall'uscita dall'Unione Europea.<\/p>\n<p>Nonostante le previsioni di cui sopra, nonostante la Brexit e qualsiasi avversit\u00e0 economica, la Gran Bretagna continua a crescere.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo il nuovo rapporto dell'Istituto Nazionale di Ricerca Economica e Sociale, la crescita del PIL nel Regno Unito sar\u00e0 superiore al previsto, grazie alla ripresa sincronizzata delle economie mondiali e alla debolezza della sterlina.<\/p>\n<p>Come ha spiegato Jagjit Chadha, direttore di Niesr: \"Questi due fattori hanno contribuito a riequilibrare l'economia britannica, che ora dipende meno dalla domanda interna, \u00e8 diventata pi\u00f9 orientata al commercio e continuer\u00e0 a farlo nei prossimi due anni\". Il contributo che la ripresa globale ha dato alla Gran Bretagna \u00e8 stato decisivo. Infatti, la mancanza di consumi dovuta all'incertezza legata alla Brexit e il calo del reddito disponibile sono stati pi\u00f9 che compensati dal rilancio del commercio\".<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\"Proprio quando abbiamo deciso di cambiare rotta con la Brexit, il resto del mondo ci ha dato una mano - dice Chadha-. La crescita dell'economia britannica l'anno scorso e quest'anno \u00e8 stata sostenuta da una crescita globale superiore alle aspettative - nel 2018 probabilmente raggiunger\u00e0 il 4%\".<\/p>\n<p>Il NIESR prevede ora che il PIL britannico crescer\u00e0 di quasi 2% nel 2018 e 2019. Senza la ripresa dell'economia globale, al di l\u00e0 delle previsioni, l'anno scorso la crescita britannica sarebbe stata di 1,2% invece che di 1,8%.
