Il Cancelliere ha presentato alcune interessanti linee guida di bilancio: un cospicuo pacchetto di investimenti unito alla promessa di tagli alle imposte di registro per gli acquirenti per la prima volta, ma l'impressione \u00e8 che manchi ancora il necessario piano economico a lungo termine.<\/p>\n<p>Una notizia incoraggiante arriva dal mercato immobiliare: L'imposta di registro sar\u00e0 esente per gli acquirenti di immobili per la prima volta fino a 300.000 sterline del costo di un acquisto di 500.000 sterline, mentre le restanti 200.000 sterline saranno soggette al 5%. Un sostegno governativo complessivo di 44 miliardi di sterline per 5 anni per l'edilizia abitativa, per raggiungere l'obiettivo di costruire 300.000 nuove case all'anno fino alla met\u00e0 del prossimo decennio. Il Cancelliere ha anche dato pi\u00f9 potere ai consigli comunali che possono far pagare l'imposta municipale del 100% sulle propriet\u00e0 vuote.<\/p>\n<p>Ha inoltre assicurato 15 miliardi di sterline in pi\u00f9 e ha varato una serie di manovre che includono garanzie sui prestiti ai costruttori. Tuttavia, le sue promesse di sistemare il mercato immobiliare sono state respinte dall'OBR.
