Purtroppo, gran parte degli investimenti saranno concentrati sul sostegno al governo dopo il periodo della Brexit (un budget aggiuntivo di 3 miliardi di sterline). Pertanto, non ci sar\u00e0 alcun aiuto aggiuntivo per la sanit\u00e0, come richiesto dall'NHS. Nello specifico, NHS England ha chiesto 4 miliardi di sterline all'anno per il benessere del servizio sanitario. Secondo Hammond, il governo non dar\u00e0 al NHS 4 miliardi di sterline all'anno, ma probabilmente sosterr\u00e0 il Servizio Sanitario Nazionale attraverso aumenti di stipendio per infermieri e personale ospedaliero.<\/p>\n<p>Le grandi novit\u00e0 arrivano quindi dalle pensioni. Questo bilancio \u00e8 stato concepito per attirare le vecchie generazioni di elettori, poich\u00e9 la pensione statale aumenter\u00e0 del 3% nel prossimo aprile 2018, passando da 159,55 a circa 164,38 sterline, con un aumento medio annuo di 250 sterline per i pensionati. Tuttavia, le persone che hanno raggiunto l'et\u00e0 pensionabile prima dell'aprile 2015 vedranno la loro pensione statale passare da 122,30 a 125,97 sterline a settimana, con un aumento di sole 191 sterline all'anno. Questa misura era totalmente in linea con il triplo blocco che garantisce l'aumento della pensione statale di base della percentuale maggiore tra le seguenti variabili: 2,5% annuo, il tasso di inflazione o la crescita media dei guadagni.<\/p>\n<p>Infine, \u00e8 stato confermato che l'assegno pensionistico a vita aumenter\u00e0 a 1.030.000 sterline a partire dal 2018. Tuttavia, l'assegno annuale per le pensioni non ha subito modifiche n\u00e9 per quanto riguarda la soglia, che rimane a 40.000 sterline, n\u00e9 per quanto riguarda l'assegno annuale per l'acquisto di denaro, che rimane a 4.000 sterline.
