{"id":4176,"date":"2019-01-08T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-01-08T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/?p=4176"},"modified":"2023-09-25T18:56:48","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T17:56:48","slug":"marcello-silvestri-come-ho-fondato-unazienda-in-inghilterra-in-20-minuti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/fr\/marcello-silvestri-come-ho-fondato-unazienda-in-inghilterra-in-20-minuti\/","title":{"rendered":"Marcello Silvestri - Comment j'ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 une entreprise en Angleterre (en 20 minutes)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>...Pendant la phase de naissance de Wiredmark, j'ai d\u00fb faire tr\u00e8s attention \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont je d\u00e9pensais mon argent, surtout en ce qui concerne les d\u00e9penses mensuelles fixes, et c'est pourquoi ma recherche d'un comptable s'est d'abord av\u00e9r\u00e9e tortueuse : le m\u00eame site Web \"Companies Made Simple\" recommandait un service appel\u00e9 TaxAssist, avec un premier rendez-vous gratuit, que j'ai toutefois d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'exclure : des prix inaccessibles et certainement pas adapt\u00e9s, \u00e0 mon avis, \u00e0 ceux qui se trouvaient dans la situation dans laquelle je me trouvais.<\/p>\n<p>Ma recherche d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9e m'a donc conduit vers Fusion Accountants, un service peu co\u00fbteux (\u00a399 + TVA par mois) et presque tout compris, \u00e0 l'exception de certaines choses qui ne sont pas incluses dans leurs forfaits (comme la gestion d'un plan de pension, qui est obligatoire en vertu de la loi depuis quelques ann\u00e9es).<\/p>\n<p>Tout n'est pas rose \u00e9videmment, on en a pour son argent. Les inconv\u00e9nients de ce service sont, \u00e0 mon avis, les suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comptable non italien, comme on peut l'imaginer ;<\/li>\n<li>La relation directe tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e (\u00e0 chaque fois, je devais passer par un centre d'appel et je ne recevais pas toujours un rappel le jour m\u00eame) ;<\/li>\n<li> La possibilit\u00e9 que le comptable qui vous est assign\u00e9 change soudainement, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es, comme cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas pour moi ;
