{"id":4085,"date":"2022-06-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-05T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/latest-government-plans-to-help-households-with-the-cost-of-living\/"},"modified":"2023-09-25T18:56:44","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T17:56:44","slug":"derniers-plans-du-gouvernement-pour-aider-les-menages-a-faire-face-au-cout-de-la-vie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/fr\/latest-government-plans-to-help-households-with-the-cost-of-living\/","title":{"rendered":"Derniers plans du gouvernement pour aider les m\u00e9nages \u00e0 faire face au co\u00fbt de la vie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le Chancelier de l'\u00c9chiquier, Rishi Sunak, le jeudi 26 mai<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> 2022, a fait une d\u00e9claration \u00e0 la Chambre des communes, exposant les plans du gouvernement pour aider les gens apr\u00e8s que le taux d'inflation moyen a atteint 9% en avril, ce qui a eu pour cons\u00e9quence que des millions de m\u00e9nages \u00e0 travers le pays ont du mal \u00e0 couvrir le co\u00fbt croissant de la vie... Le gouvernement travaillera \u00e0 de nouvelles mesures afin de ramener le taux dans les limites de l'objectif de 2%.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouvelles mesures seront partiellement financ\u00e9es par l'introduction de l'Energy Profits Levy, une surtaxe de 25% sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices suppl\u00e9mentaires r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par le secteur du p\u00e9trole et du gaz. Cette taxe temporaire sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices exceptionnels devrait rapporter environ 5 milliards de livres sterling au cours des 12 premiers mois. Les plans pr\u00e9voient un certain nombre de mesures visant \u00e0 soutenir en particulier les personnes aux revenus les plus faibles et se traduisent par une aide suppl\u00e9mentaire de 15 milliards de livres sterling, en plus des 22 milliards de livres sterling d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9s. Les quelque 8 millions de m\u00e9nages les plus vuln\u00e9rables auront ainsi droit \u00e0 une aide ponctuelle de 1 200 livres au total cette ann\u00e9e, y compris le rabais de 150 livres sur la taxe d'habitation qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 vers\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreux m\u00e9nages en avril 2022. Les nouvelles mesures du gouvernement int\u00e8grent le programme de soutien \u00e0 la facture \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t cette ann\u00e9e et qui pr\u00e9voyait que les clients domestiques d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 en Grande-Bretagne recevraient une r\u00e9duction de 200 livres sterling sur leurs co\u00fbts d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d'octobre 2022 avec l'obligation de rembourser cette r\u00e9duction par des augmentations de factures au cours des cinq ann\u00e9es suivantes. Les dispositions actuelles portent cette aide universelle \u00e0 400 livres et la transforment en subvention plut\u00f4t qu'en pr\u00eat, supprimant ainsi l'obligation de remboursement.<\/p>\n<p>Des mesures cl\u00e9s seront introduites pour soutenir les groupes d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s, tels que les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires d'allocations publiques (avec une indemnit\u00e9 unique non imposable de 650 livres pour le co\u00fbt de la vie) ou les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires d'une pension (avec une indemnit\u00e9 de 300 livres pour le co\u00fbt de la vie des retrait\u00e9s) et les personnes handicap\u00e9es (avec une indemnit\u00e9 unique de 150 livres en septembre 2022). Le chancelier Sunak a \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 une augmentation de 500 millions de livres pour le Household Support Fund (Fonds de soutien aux m\u00e9nages), qui est g\u00e9r\u00e9 par les autorit\u00e9s locales et fournit aux m\u00e9nages des paiements pour aider ceux qui sont le plus dans le besoin \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des besoins essentiels tels que la nourriture et les services publics. Cette mesure, qui devait s'appliquer jusqu'en octobre 2022, a \u00e9t\u00e9 prolong\u00e9e jusqu'en mars 2023.
