Avec une population de 9 millions d'habitants, qui devrait passer \u00e0 11 millions d'ici 2050, Londres repr\u00e9sente l'un des plus grands centres \u00e9conomiques et financiers du monde.<\/p>\n

Pour assurer la croissance \u00e9conomique et le d\u00e9veloppement dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, le maire de Londres Sadiq Khan a lanc\u00e9 en 2016 \"Smarter London Together\", un guide pour la p\u00e9riode 2018-2021 dont l'objectif est de faire de Londres une ville intelligente : \"un meilleur endroit pour vivre, travailler et visiter pour tout le monde\", en menant l'avancement de la ville gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'innovation, au partage des donn\u00e9es et aux infrastructures intelligentes.<\/p>\n

La roadmap s'articule autour de cinq objectifs principaux :<\/p>\n

  1. Fournir des services mieux con\u00e7us pour les utilisateurs <\/li>\n
  2. Garantir un meilleur partage des donn\u00e9es, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la gouvernance et l'\u00e9thique \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de la ville<\/li>\n
  3. Promouvoir une connectivit\u00e9 de classe mondiale et des rues plus intelligentes<\/li>\n
  4. Am\u00e9liorer les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques en d\u00e9veloppant les talents n\u00e9cessaires pour l'avenir<\/li>\n
  5. Am\u00e9liorer la collaboration \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de la ville<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00c0 l'\u00e8re de l'IdO et de l'IA, Londres se positionne comme la capitale technologique de l'Europe, tant par sa taille (d'une valeur d'environ $44 milliards) que par le niveau des investissements, ce qui implique de grandes opportunit\u00e9s pour les nouvelles technologies \u00e0 employer dans le d\u00e9veloppement d'infrastructures durables et la facilitation du partage des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

    La d\u00e9cision de tirer parti de la nature technophile de la ville pour stimuler l'innovation et faire en sorte que les r\u00e9seaux et services traditionnels soient plus efficaces gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'utilisation de solutions num\u00e9riques s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9e fructueuse : Londres jouit d\u00e9sormais d'une r\u00e9putation internationale de ville intelligente et est tr\u00e8s bien class\u00e9e dans le monde entier selon de nombreuses \u00e9tudes ind\u00e9pendantes.<\/p>\n

    La r\u00e9\u00e9lection du maire Sadiq Kahn en 2021 a \u00e9largi l'horizon pour que la feuille de route soit encore am\u00e9lior\u00e9e et que d'autres objectifs soient atteints au cours des trois prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

    L'accent sera mis sur le \"Green New Deal\" et sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de faire face aux urgences climatiques et \u00e9cologiques actuelles. Londres est actuellement en t\u00eate des villes europ\u00e9ennes en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9 intelligente, mais elle s'est fix\u00e9 un plan ambitieux pour devenir l'une des villes les plus vertes et les plus intelligentes du monde : l'objectif est de r\u00e9aliser 80% des d\u00e9placements urbains et des trajets domicile-travail \u00e0 v\u00e9lo, en transports publics et \u00e0 pied d'ici deux d\u00e9cennies.<\/p>\n

    L'administration de Sadiq Khan s'appr\u00eate \u00e0 investir 10 millions de livres sterling dans l'am\u00e9lioration des infrastructures, afin de faciliter les d\u00e9placements des pi\u00e9tons et des cyclistes dans la ville, et dans la construction de nouveaux b\u00e2timents conformes au principe de durabilit\u00e9. Dans le m\u00eame temps, pour atteindre l'objectif de lutte contre le changement climatique, le trafic automobile doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duit de 27% \u00e0 Londres d'ici 2030. L'objectif est de doubler la taille de l'\u00e9conomie verte londonienne afin d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la cr\u00e9ation d'emplois et de transformer Londres en une ville z\u00e9ro carbone et z\u00e9ro pollution d'ici \u00e0 2030 et z\u00e9ro d\u00e9chet d'ici \u00e0 2050.<\/p>\n

    Les entreprises et les citoyens continueront donc \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me d'innovation de Londres, o\u00f9 l'innovation technologique et la durabilit\u00e9 sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 la fois comme des moteurs et des objectifs pour l'avenir.<\/p>\n
