Le 22 juillet, le ministre des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, Kwasi Kwarteng, a lanc\u00e9 le programme \"Innovation Strategy\", qui vise \u00e0 renforcer et \u00e0 encourager les entreprises britanniques \u00e0 investir dans la recherche, le d\u00e9veloppement et l'innovation.<\/p>\n<p>\"Le Royaume-Uni ne peut qu'\u00eatre fier de son pass\u00e9 en termes d'innovations, depuis la r\u00e9volution industrielle jusqu'au d\u00e9veloppement du vaccin de l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Kwasi Kwarteng, soulignant que l'esprit de d\u00e9couverte et d'innovation ne fait pas d\u00e9faut au capital humain britannique, mais qu'il ne suffit pas \u00e0 stimuler la demande d'emploi, raison pour laquelle la mise en \u0153uvre d'un programme qui accorde la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'investissement dans l'innovation est une priorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La \"strat\u00e9gie d'innovation\" s'inscrit dans le cadre plus large du programme \u00e0 long terme \"Plan for Growth\", dont l'objectif est de faciliter l'investissement dans la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement pour toutes les entreprises britanniques et de cr\u00e9er les conditions propices \u00e0 leur r\u00e9alisation. Le Royaume-Uni a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'allouer un montant record de 22 milliards de livres \u00e0 la R&amp;D afin d'encourager le secteur priv\u00e9 \u00e0 investir dans l'innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Le plan sera d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans 4 domaines : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fournir aux entreprises les ressources publiques n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l'innovation ; <\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper les outils pour former les gens ; <\/li>\n<li>Former les organismes publics \u00e0 la R&amp;D afin qu'ils puissent fournir des informations de soutien aux entreprises qui souhaitent investir dans l'innovation ; <\/li>\n<li>Stimuler l'innovation technologique pour acqu\u00e9rir un avantage strat\u00e9gique \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L'investissement important dans l'innovation est une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive qui fournit aux entreprises non seulement les ressources \u00e9conomiques leur permettant d'\u00eatre comp\u00e9titives au niveau international, mais aussi de faire face \u00e0 la difficile situation actuelle en mati\u00e8re de pand\u00e9mie, en disposant des outils technologiques et d'innovation ad\u00e9quats.<\/p>\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 nous a montr\u00e9 comment les d\u00e9fis les plus importants peuvent \u00eatre relev\u00e9s avec succ\u00e8s par le d\u00e9ploiement d'investissements importants dans la science, l'innovation et la technologie, et a montr\u00e9 que les innovateurs britanniques, lorsqu'ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du soutien, de la libert\u00e9 et de la tol\u00e9rance au risque appropri\u00e9s, peuvent obtenir des r\u00e9sultats qui, autrement, ne seraient pas r\u00e9alisables. Le secteur de la R&amp;D, entendu comme la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement, y compris en termes de formation du personnel, a connu une r\u00e9duction de ses effectifs ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, raison pour laquelle le gouvernement a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de le relancer par le biais d'une \"mission pour l'innovation\", comme le mentionne son site web officiel www.gov.uk.<\/p>\n<p>La gestion sera confi\u00e9e \u00e0 un nouvel organisme, le \"National Science and Technology Council\", et soutenue par l'organisme charg\u00e9 des strat\u00e9gies scientifiques et technologiques, le \"Office for Science and Technology Strategy\".
