{"id":4047,"date":"2021-03-22T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-03-22T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/grants-for-businesses-new-to-importing-or-exporting\/"},"modified":"2023-09-25T18:56:46","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T17:56:46","slug":"subventions-pour-les-entreprises-qui-debutent-dans-limportation-ou-lexportation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/fr\/grants-for-businesses-new-to-importing-or-exporting\/","title":{"rendered":"Subventions pour les entreprises qui d\u00e9butent dans l'importation ou l'exportation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le HMRC a mis \u00e0 jour ses lignes directrices concernant les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) qui sont confront\u00e9es pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 des n\u00e9gociations sur l'importation et l'exportation.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle mesure \u00e9conomique de 20 millions de livres sterling permet aux PME de demander des subventions et de les soutenir au cours des premiers mois suivant le d\u00e9part du Royaume-Uni de l'Union europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p>Le fonds de soutien au Brexit pour les PME fournira jusqu'\u00e0 2 000 livres sterling pour la formation ou l'aide \u00e0 l'orientation professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 quoi est destin\u00e9 le fonds de soutien aux petites et moyennes entreprises du Royaume-Uni ?<\/p>\n<p>Le fonds vise \u00e0 aider les PME dans les proc\u00e9dures douani\u00e8res, telles que l'\u00e9tablissement des d\u00e9clarations, la gestion des processus et l'aide \u00e0 l'utilisation de logiciels et de syst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, l'action \u00e9conomique joue un r\u00f4le crucial en soutenant les PME sur des aspects sp\u00e9cifiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'importation et \u00e0 l'exportation, notamment la TVA, les droits d'accises et tout ce qui a trait aux r\u00e8gles sur l'origine des produits.<\/p>\n<p>Il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour obtenir des conseils professionnels afin que l'entreprise puisse r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ses exigences en mati\u00e8re de douanes, d'accises, de TVA \u00e0 l'importation ou de d\u00e9claration de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le HMRC a ensuite d\u00e9fini certaines exigences pour les entreprises qui vont demander une aide financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises bas\u00e9es et enregistr\u00e9es au Royaume-Uni depuis au moins 12 mois avant l'introduction de la demande de subvention, ou ayant le statut d'op\u00e9rateur \u00e9conomique agr\u00e9\u00e9, peuvent en faire la demande.<\/p>\n<p>L'importation et l'exportation de marchandises entre la Grande-Bretagne et l'Union europ\u00e9enne, ainsi qu'entre la Grande-Bretagne et l'Irlande du Nord, et l'\u00e9tablissement des documents relatifs \u00e0 ces marchandises constituent une exigence fondamentale.<\/p>\n<p>Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cette subvention, l'entreprise doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre ponctuelle en mati\u00e8re de respect des obligations fiscales, ne pas compter plus de 500 employ\u00e9s et son chiffre d'affaires annuel ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 100 millions de livres sterling.<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9e de la gestion des demandes de soutien \u00e9conomique est le cabinet d'audit PricewaterhouseCooper (PWC).
