{"id":4040,"date":"2020-09-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-10T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/covid-19-further-extension-of-furlough-scheme-until-31st-march-2021\/"},"modified":"2023-09-25T18:56:46","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T17:56:46","slug":"covid-19-nouvelle-prolongation-du-regime-darret-de-travail-jusquau-31-mars-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/fr\/covid-19-further-extension-of-furlough-scheme-until-31st-march-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Covid-19 : Nouvelle prolongation du r\u00e9gime de cong\u00e9 temporaire jusqu'au 31 mars 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En raison de l'instabilit\u00e9 de l'emploi provoqu\u00e9e par la deuxi\u00e8me vague de la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 et des restrictions adopt\u00e9es par le gouvernement britannique, le chancelier Rishi Sunak a annonc\u00e9 une nouvelle prolongation du plan de cong\u00e9 le jeudi 5 mai.<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> novembre.<br \/>\nLa prolongation durera jusqu'au 31<sup>st<\/sup> mars 2021 et couvrira jusqu'\u00e0 80% du salaire des personnes, soit jusqu'\u00e0 2 500 livres sterling par mois.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Comme l'a indiqu\u00e9 le chancelier, cette mesure \u00e9vitera \u00e0 des millions de personnes de perdre leur emploi \u00e0 cause de la pand\u00e9mie et permettra aux entreprises de continuer \u00e0 fonctionner avec plus de stabilit\u00e9 pendant la saison hivernale. En fait, elle soutiendra financi\u00e8rement les salaires des employ\u00e9s qui ne peuvent pas exercer leurs fonctions en raison de la p\u00e9nurie de travail ou de la fermeture de leur lieu de travail. De plus, elle permettra \u00e0 toute personne licenci\u00e9e apr\u00e8s le 23 septembre d'\u00eatre r\u00e9embauch\u00e9e et mise en cong\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>D'autres mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place jeudi, notamment le r\u00e9gime d'aide aux travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants (SEISS), qui garantira une troisi\u00e8me subvention allant jusqu'\u00e0 7 500 livres sterling, couvrant 80% des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices commerciaux moyens pour la p\u00e9riode allant de novembre \u00e0 janvier.
