Hier, le chancelier Rishi Sunak a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le programme de soutien \u00e0 l'emploi, qui entrera en vigueur le 1st<\/sup> de novembre, date \u00e0 laquelle le plan d'anciennet\u00e9 prend fin.<\/p>\n

Le programme d'aide \u00e0 l'emploi sera mis en \u0153uvre pendant six mois, jusqu'\u00e0 la fin du mois d'avril 2021, et sera r\u00e9examin\u00e9 apr\u00e8s trois mois.<\/p>\n

Ce nouveau r\u00e9gime fonctionnera tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9remment du pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent : il compl\u00e9tera les salaires des employ\u00e9s qui ne peuvent pas \u00eatre repris \u00e0 temps plein par leur employeur. Toutefois, pour \u00eatre \u00e9ligibles, les salari\u00e9s devront travailler au moins un tiers de leurs heures normales.<\/p>\n

Pour les heures non travaill\u00e9es, le gouvernement et l'employeur paieront chacun un tiers du salaire restant. Ainsi, en supposant qu'un salari\u00e9 travaille 33% des heures normales, le gouvernement paiera un tiers des 66% restants (22%) et l'employeur un autre tiers (22%). Par cons\u00e9quent, les salari\u00e9s recevront au moins 77% de leur salaire, ce qui correspond presque aux 80% offerts dans le cadre du r\u00e9gime d'anciennet\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Toutefois, dans le cadre de ce r\u00e9gime, le gouvernement a vers\u00e9 80% des salaires allant jusqu'\u00e0 2 500 \u00a3 par mois jusqu'en ao\u00fbt, 70% en septembre et 60% en octobre (les employeurs versant respectivement 10% et 20% au cours de ces deux mois). Dans le cadre du nouveau r\u00e9gime, le gouvernement ne versera qu'un maximum de 22%, avec un plafond de 697,92 \u00a3 par mois.<\/p>\n

En outre, avec le nouveau r\u00e9gime, les salari\u00e9s devront travailler au moins un tiers de leurs heures, au lieu de z\u00e9ro. Apr\u00e8s trois mois, le gouvernement peut augmenter le nombre minimum d'heures travaill\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Les personnes travaillant dans des secteurs actuellement ferm\u00e9s, tels que les bo\u00eetes de nuit, ne pourront pas participer au nouveau programme de soutien \u00e0 l'emploi et risquent de perdre leur emploi.<\/p>\n

Le programme de soutien \u00e0 l'emploi est ouvert aux petites et moyennes entreprises, mais les grandes entreprises peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre \u00e9ligibles si elles peuvent prouver qu'elles ont subi une r\u00e9duction de leurs revenus.<\/p>\n

Enfin, pour \u00eatre \u00e9ligibles, les salari\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre employ\u00e9s par l'entreprise depuis au moins les 23rd<\/sup> de septembre.<\/p>\n

Les autres mesures introduites par le gouvernement pour r\u00e9duire le ch\u00f4mage sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n

  1. 1 000 livres sterling pour chaque employ\u00e9 licenci\u00e9 maintenu en poste au moins jusqu'\u00e0 la fin du mois de janvier.<\/li>\n
  2. 1 500 livres sterling pour chaque jeune de 16 \u00e0 24 ans sans emploi b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d'un stage de six mois de \"haute qualit\u00e9\".<\/li>\n
  3. 2 000 livres sterling pour chaque apprenti de moins de 25 ans embauch\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 la fin du mois de janvier, ou 1 500 livres sterling pour les plus de 25 ans.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
