{"id":4028,"date":"2020-08-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-08-06T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/uk-ready-for-no-deal\/"},"modified":"2026-03-10T13:29:21","modified_gmt":"2026-03-10T13:29:21","slug":"le-royaume-uni-est-pret-pour-une-absence-daccord","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/fr\/uk-ready-for-no-deal\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Royaume-Uni est pr\u00eat \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 l'\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 d'une fin de non-recevoir"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lors d'un d\u00eener informel entre Boris Johnson, Premier ministre britannique, et Angela Merkel, chanceli\u00e8re allemande et pr\u00e9sidente du Conseil de l'Union europ\u00e9enne jusqu'\u00e0 fin 2020, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 l'id\u00e9e que le Royaume-Uni serait pr\u00eat \u00e0 quitter l'Union europ\u00e9enne sans accord, si les 27 pays du bloc se montraient peu enclins au compromis.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, \u00e0 l'heure actuelle, les n\u00e9gociations sont loin d'\u00eatre termin\u00e9es, puisqu'il reste moins de six mois pour parvenir \u00e0 un accord afin d'\u00e9viter le \"no-deal\".<\/p>\n<p>Les principales raisons de ce d\u00e9saccord sont au nombre de trois :<\/p>\n<p>- Influence des tribunaux europ\u00e9ens sur les lois britanniques ;<\/p>\n<p>- P\u00eache ;<\/p>\n<p>- \u00c9quilibre entre la volont\u00e9 du Royaume-Uni d'assouplir ses r\u00e8gles et l'acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 unique.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, Boris Johnson s'est dit pr\u00eat \u00e0 intensifier les discussions entre les parties afin de parvenir \u00e0 un accord d'ici la fin de l'ann\u00e9e 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, si aucun accord n'est conclu d'ici la fin du mois de d\u00e9cembre, le sc\u00e9nario du \"no-deal\" se concr\u00e9tisera et, \u00e0 partir de 2021, les relations entre le Royaume-Uni et l'Union europ\u00e9enne seront r\u00e9gies par l'Organisation mondiale du commerce.
