Les entreprises sont d\u00e9sormais autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 reporter les droits de douane, les d\u00e9clarations douani\u00e8res et certains contr\u00f4les jusqu'en juillet. Cependant, suite \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision du Parlement britannique, l'UE a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les contr\u00f4les aux fronti\u00e8res sur les exportations britanniques auront lieu \u00e0 partir de janvier 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision a incit\u00e9 les membres de l'opposition \u00e0 affirmer qu'elle pourrait affaiblir encore plus l'\u00e9conomie britannique en cas de pand\u00e9mie. En r\u00e9ponse, le ministre du Cabinet Office a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que, bien que la p\u00e9riode de prolongation du Brexit soit termin\u00e9e, il y aura bient\u00f4t des mises \u00e0 jour sur la mani\u00e8re dont les contr\u00f4les des importations seront effectu\u00e9s, non seulement pour \u00e9viter un manque de nourriture fra\u00eeche, mais aussi pour s'assurer que le bon montant des taxes sera collect\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le \"plan r\u00e9vis\u00e9\", le contr\u00f4le des importations britanniques se fera en trois \u00e9tapes, qu'un accord de Brexit soit conclu ou non :<\/p>\n<p>- Marchandises standard : elles seront contr\u00f4l\u00e9es sur la base des r\u00e9glementations douani\u00e8res standard (c'est-\u00e0-dire les v\u00eatements et les produits \u00e9lectroniques), mais les substances telles que l'alcool seront contr\u00f4l\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re intensive \u00e0 partir du d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e 2021. Les entreprises britanniques disposeront encore de six mois pour soumettre leurs documents douaniers et payer les droits de douane, comme convenu pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment.<\/p>\n<p>- Marchandises d'origine animale : les entreprises devront fournir \u00e0 l'avance aux autorit\u00e9s douani\u00e8res les documents sanitaires appropri\u00e9s \u00e0 partir du 1er janvier.<sup>st<\/sup> avril 2021.<\/p>\n<p>- Les contr\u00f4les sur le b\u00e9tail, les produits sanitaires et les plantes seront renforc\u00e9s aux principaux points d'entr\u00e9e, tels que Douvres, \u00e0 partir du 1er janvier.<sup>st<\/sup> juillet 2021. D'ici l\u00e0, toutes les entreprises importatrices devront pr\u00e9senter des d\u00e9clarations de douane et de \"s\u00fbret\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9\" et s'acquitter de leurs obligations en mati\u00e8re d'importation.<\/p>\n<p>De nouvelles installations frontali\u00e8res seront disponibles \u00e0 ces points d'entr\u00e9e cl\u00e9s afin de garantir que les contr\u00f4les sont effectu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Ces nouvelles mises en \u0153uvre garantiront aux entreprises concern\u00e9es par le covid-19 un d\u00e9lai suppl\u00e9mentaire pour s'adapter aux nouvelles r\u00e8gles.
