En cons\u00e9quence, la proc\u00e9dure peut \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9e sur le site web du HMRC en t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeant le formulaire '<a href=\"https:\/\/assets.publishing.service.gov.uk\/government\/uploads\/system\/uploads\/attachment_data\/file\/597213\/APSS263_02_2017v1.0.pdf\">APSS263<\/a>' formulaire.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, il est indispensable d'expliquer que cette proc\u00e9dure ne sera fiscalement avantageuse que si le HMRC reconna\u00eet officiellement le fonds de pension dans lequel les cotisations sont transf\u00e9r\u00e9es et, en particulier, que les cotisations seront tax\u00e9es automatiquement si ce n'est pas le cas.
