Le chancelier a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des orientations budg\u00e9taires int\u00e9ressantes : un programme d'investissement remarquable combin\u00e9 \u00e0 la promesse d'une r\u00e9forme de la planification et d'une r\u00e9duction du droit de timbre pour les premiers acheteurs, mais l'impression qui se d\u00e9gage est que nous ne disposons toujours pas du plan \u00e9conomique \u00e0 long terme n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 du logement apporte des nouvelles encourageantes : Le droit de timbre sera exon\u00e9r\u00e9 pour les primo-acc\u00e9dants \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 300 000 \u00a3 du co\u00fbt d'un achat de 500 000 \u00a3, les 200 000 \u00a3 restants \u00e9tant soumis au 5%. Une augmentation de 44 milliards de livres sur 5 ans de l'aide gouvernementale globale au logement pour atteindre l'objectif de construction de 300 000 nouveaux logements par an jusqu'au milieu de la prochaine d\u00e9cennie. Le chancelier a \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 plus de pouvoir aux conseils qui peuvent pr\u00e9lever 100% de taxe d'habitation sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s vides.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement assur\u00e9 15 milliards de livres suppl\u00e9mentaires et lanc\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de man\u0153uvres, notamment des garanties sur les pr\u00eats aux constructeurs de logements. N\u00e9anmoins, ses promesses de redressement du march\u00e9 du logement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9es par l'OBR.
