Cela montre que le chancelier s'attend \u00e0 ce que les effets du Brexit se fassent sentir plus durement au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es. Cette tendance se retrouve \u00e9galement dans le pourcentage d'emprunts publics au cours des cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu'apr\u00e8s le Brexit, les pr\u00e9visions budg\u00e9taires semblent moins bonnes que celles du mois de mars :<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Le tableau ci-dessus montre que l'emprunt public de cette ann\u00e9e diminuera d'environ 8 milliards de livres, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que les recettes fiscales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es cette ann\u00e9e et que les d\u00e9penses publiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 moins \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Toutefois, le d\u00e9ficit pr\u00e9vu pour 2020-21 devrait augmenter de plus de 10 milliards de livres par rapport aux pr\u00e9visions de mars, et le gouvernement a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'il souhaitait r\u00e9duire les emprunts \u00e0 moins de 2% du revenu national d'ici 2020-21. Comme l'indique l'Office for Budget Responsibility, le d\u00e9ficit de la Grande-Bretagne ne sera pas r\u00e9sorb\u00e9 avant 2031 selon les plans des conservateurs.<\/p>\n

M. Hammond tentera d'inverser les pr\u00e9visions de l'OBR en mati\u00e8re de croissance de la productivit\u00e9 et de d\u00e9ficit gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 diverses mesures d'incitation provenant du fonds national d'investissement dans la productivit\u00e9, dot\u00e9 de 23 milliards de livres, et du fonds de d\u00e9fi de la strat\u00e9gie industrielle, dot\u00e9 de 5 milliards de livres par an pour les projets de transport et d'infrastructure, ainsi qu'en encourageant davantage d'investissements dans la technologie, la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n
