Leon \u00e0 Reuters.<\/p>\n<p>Il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les d\u00e9penses publiques \u00e9lev\u00e9es devaient \u00eatre ma\u00eetris\u00e9es et que le Zimbabwe devait s'attaquer \u00e0 l'importante dette internationale qu'il n'a pas rembours\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\"Une action imm\u00e9diate est indispensable pour ramener le d\u00e9ficit \u00e0 un niveau soutenable, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les r\u00e9formes structurelles et renouer avec la communaut\u00e9 internationale afin d'obtenir l'aide financi\u00e8re dont le pays a tant besoin\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Mugabe.<\/p>\n<p>Le Mouvement pour le changement d\u00e9mocratique (MDC) a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'il \u00e9tait prudemment optimiste quant au fait qu'une pr\u00e9sidence Mnangagwa ne \"imiterait pas et ne reproduirait pas le r\u00e9gime diabolique, corrompu, d\u00e9cadent et incomp\u00e9tent de Mugabe\", a rapport\u00e9 l'agence de presse AFP.<\/p>\n<p>On ne sait pas encore si la Zanu-PF gouvernera seule avant les \u00e9lections pr\u00e9vues l'ann\u00e9e prochaine, ou si un gouvernement de coalition d'unit\u00e9 nationale comprenant des groupes d'opposition sera form\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Glissement \u00e9conomique<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9conomie du Zimbabwe est deux fois moins importante qu'au d\u00e9but du mill\u00e9naire.<\/p>\n<p>Le Zimbabwe n'a plus de monnaie propre depuis 2009, lorsque l'ancien dollar zimbabw\u00e9en s'est effondr\u00e9 sous l'effet de l'hyperinflation, qui aurait atteint 231 millions de pour cent, ce qui est encore pire que les niveaux tristement c\u00e9l\u00e8bres de l'Allemagne apr\u00e8s la Premi\u00e8re Guerre mondiale.<\/p>\n<p>En raison de la p\u00e9nurie de liquidit\u00e9s, les Zimbabw\u00e9ens font souvent la queue devant les banques. Les \u00e9conomistes affirment que le Zimbabwe a besoin d'une injection de liquidit\u00e9s, mais il lui est interdit d'emprunter au niveau international depuis qu'il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas rembourser sa dette en 1999.<\/p>\n<p>Certains habitants de la capitale du pays, Harare, affirment avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 constat\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration de leur vie quotidienne depuis que l'arm\u00e9e est descendue dans la rue et que M.
