Le chancelier de l'\u00c9chiquier, Philip Hammond, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le Royaume-Uni soumettrait des propositions sur la mani\u00e8re de r\u00e9gler la facture du divorce de l'UE avant le sommet europ\u00e9en du mois prochain.<\/p>\n<p>M.
