Les d\u00e9put\u00e9s ont soutenu cette mesure en 2016, mais Philip Augar a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que des erreurs seraient commises et que de \"pauvres individus\" en souffriraient. Le minist\u00e8re de l'Int\u00e9rieur a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le syst\u00e8me \u00e9tait \"juste\" mais \"ferme\".<br \/>\nLes institutions financi\u00e8res recevront une liste de l'organisme de lutte contre la fraude Cifas concernant les personnes susceptibles d'\u00eatre expuls\u00e9es du Royaume-Uni ou qui se sont soustraites aux contr\u00f4les de l'immigration.<br \/>\nLes organisations devront alors signaler les noms qu'elles d\u00e9couvrent et geler ou fermer les comptes.
