{"id":4097,"date":"2022-09-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-25T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/growth-plan-2022-stamp-dutys-new-thresholds-explained-in-numbers\/"},"modified":"2023-09-25T18:56:44","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T17:56:44","slug":"plan-de-crecimiento-2022-nuevos-umbrales-de-derechos-de-timbre-explicados-en-cifras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/es\/growth-plan-2022-stamp-dutys-new-thresholds-explained-in-numbers\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan de Crecimiento 2022: los nuevos umbrales del impuesto sobre actos jur\u00eddicos documentados explicados en cifras"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El nuevo Canciller, Kwasi Kwarteng, anunci\u00f3 el viernes 23 de septiembre una serie de medidas para luchar contra el aumento de la inflaci\u00f3n y el impacto que est\u00e1 teniendo en los hogares.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las medidas m\u00e1s debatidas es el aumento del umbral del impuesto de Actos Jur\u00eddicos Documentados de 125.000 a 250.000 libras y de 300.000 a 425.000 libras para los compradores de primera vivienda, lo que permitir\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 200.000 compradores evitar el pago de dicho impuesto.<\/p>\n<p>La medida entra en vigor inmediatamente, lo que significa que los compradores que est\u00e9n ultimando hoy la compra de su vivienda podr\u00e1n beneficiarse de la desgravaci\u00f3n fiscal.<\/p>\n<p>Suponiendo que no se modifiquen los tramos preexistentes del impuesto sobre actos jur\u00eddicos documentados, el anuncio de Kwarteng significa que el coste de este impuesto para una vivienda media de 312.000 libras en Inglaterra bajar\u00e1 de 5.600 a 3.100 libras, lo que supone un descenso del 80%.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed pues, las nuevas tarifas son las siguientes:<\/p>\n<p>- 0%: 0 \u00a3 - 250.000 \u00a3 (425.000 \u00a3 para compradores de primera vivienda);<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 5%: 250 000 \u00a3 \u2013 925 000 \u00a3;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 10%: 925 000 \u00a3 \u2013 1 500 000 \u00a3;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 12%: m\u00e1s de 1 500 000 \u00a3.<\/p>\n<p>El Ministro de Hacienda brit\u00e1nico a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el impuesto del timbre reducido para los compradores de primera vivienda se aplicar\u00e1 a las propiedades de hasta 625.000 libras, frente a las de 500.000 libras.<\/p>\n<p>El plazo para el pago del impuesto de Actos Jur\u00eddicos Documentados sigue siendo de 14 d\u00edas a partir de la fecha de finalizaci\u00f3n de la compra de la propiedad.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, la medida ha suscitado algunas dudas entre los expertos; el Instituto de Estudios Fiscales afirma que, aunque Liz Truss y Kwasi Kwarteng son partidarios de una fiscalidad baja, sus recortes seguir\u00edan dejando la fiscalidad en proporci\u00f3n al PIB en su nivel m\u00e1s alto desde los a\u00f1os cincuenta.<\/p>\n<p>Si se hubiera permitido a la Oficina de Responsabilidad Presupuestaria (OBR) elaborar hoy una nueva previsi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, habr\u00eda concluido que el Gobierno estaba en v\u00edas de cumplir sus objetivos fiscales, pero el Instituto de Estudios Fiscales, que tiene un cometido anal\u00edtico similar al de la OBR, examin\u00f3 los datos y concluy\u00f3 que el Gobierno podr\u00eda incumplir dos objetivos clave: reducir la deuda en proporci\u00f3n del PIB al tercer a\u00f1o de la previsi\u00f3n y equilibrar las cuentas corrientes al tercer a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Kwarteng no anunci\u00f3 ning\u00fan cambio en el resto de tramos impositivos.
