{"id":4094,"date":"2022-07-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-08T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/new-prime-minister-appointed-liz-truss-government-priorities\/"},"modified":"2023-09-25T18:56:44","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T17:56:44","slug":"nombramiento-del-nuevo-primer-ministro-prioridades-del-gobierno-de-liz-truss","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/es\/new-prime-minister-appointed-liz-truss-government-priorities\/","title":{"rendered":"Nombramiento del nuevo Primer Ministro: Prioridades del gobierno de Liz Truss"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Liz Truss se impuso recientemente al ex canciller Rishi Sunak en una votaci\u00f3n entre los miembros del Partido Conservador y suceder\u00e1 a Boris Johnson como primera ministra del Reino Unido, tras ser nombrada oficialmente por la reina Isabel el martes 6.<sup>o<\/sup> Septiembre.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su primer discurso fuera del n\u00famero 10 de Downing Street, la Primera Ministra estableci\u00f3 tres prioridades para su Gobierno:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hacer crecer la econom\u00eda mediante recortes fiscales y reformas;<\/li>\n<li>Afrontar la crisis energ\u00e9tica;<\/li>\n<li>Garantizar que el Servicio Nacional de Salud satisface las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La agenda econ\u00f3mica de Truss prev\u00e9, pues, varias medidas para reactivar la econom\u00eda, actualmente estancada, y ayudar a los ciudadanos a hacer frente al creciente coste de la vida.<\/p>\n<p>La prioridad es apresurar recortes fiscales por un valor estimado de 30.000 millones de libras, principalmente a trav\u00e9s de las siguientes medidas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Revertir el reciente aumento de la Seguridad Social;<\/li>\n<li>Anulaci\u00f3n de la subida prevista del impuesto de sociedades de 19% a 23%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En cuanto a la crisis energ\u00e9tica, se prev\u00e9 que el Primer Ministro revele planes para limitar las facturas anuales de energ\u00eda a unas 2.500 libras, considerando tambi\u00e9n una ayuda universal adicional de 400 libras que se distribuir\u00e1 a los hogares este oto\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Para financiar la congelaci\u00f3n, las opciones aparentemente discutidas inclu\u00edan la concesi\u00f3n de pr\u00e9stamos respaldados por el gobierno a los proveedores de energ\u00eda, que luego podr\u00edan devolverse mediante un gravamen extra en las facturas de los usuarios una vez finalizada la crisis.<\/p>\n<p>Se cree que el Gobierno est\u00e1 estudiando un endeudamiento p\u00fablico adicional de hasta 90.000 millones de libras y la absorci\u00f3n de los importantes costes en los impuestos generales.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque Truss ha declarado que sus iniciativas se pagar\u00edan principalmente aplazando el reembolso de las deudas relacionadas con Covid, sigue habiendo un escepticismo generalizado en torno a estas medidas, ya que la necesidad de pedir prestadas sumas importantes a tipos posiblemente elevados supondr\u00eda un coste adicional para la econom\u00eda, ya estancada.<\/p>\n<p>Maja Tamiazzo<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Liz Truss recently beat former chancellor Rishi Sunak in a ballot of Conservative Party members and is now succeeding Boris Johnson as the United Kingdom\u2019s prime minister, after formal appointment by Queen Elizabeth on Tuesday 6th September.
