{"id":4080,"date":"2022-03-25T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-25T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/spring-statement-2022-employment-allowance-increases-to-5000-from-april-2022\/"},"modified":"2023-09-25T18:56:45","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T17:56:45","slug":"declaracion-de-primavera-2022-el-subsidio-de-empleo-pasa-a-5000-a-partir-de-abril-de-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/es\/spring-statement-2022-employment-allowance-increases-to-5000-from-april-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Declaraci\u00f3n de primavera de 2022: el subsidio de desempleo aumenta a 5.000 libras a partir de abril de 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 23 de marzo<sup>rd<\/sup>, el Canciller Rishi Sunak pronunci\u00f3 su Declaraci\u00f3n de Primavera ante el Parlamento.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los temas abordados por el Gobierno es la necesidad de apoyar a las empresas brit\u00e1nicas en los inciertos meses que se avecinan, impulsando el crecimiento y la productividad e incentivando a las empresas a formarse m\u00e1s, invertir m\u00e1s e innovar m\u00e1s mediante recortes fiscales.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, una de las medidas sugeridas para reducir y reformar los impuestos es el aumento del subsidio de empleo a 5.000 libras, a partir del 6 de abril de 2022.<\/p>\n<p>El subsidio de empleo se introdujo por primera vez en 2014 y ofrec\u00eda una desgravaci\u00f3n de hasta 2.000 libras esterlinas por empresario con derecho a \u00e9l. A partir de abril de 2016, el valor de la desgravaci\u00f3n se increment\u00f3 a 3.000 libras esterlinas y en abril de 2020 se increment\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s a 4.000 libras esterlinas y se dirigi\u00f3 a los empleadores cuyas obligaciones NIC en el ejercicio fiscal anterior fueron inferiores a 100.000 libras esterlinas.<\/p>\n<p>Con la nueva reforma, las empresas, organizaciones ben\u00e9ficas y clubes deportivos comunitarios de aficionados que re\u00fanan los requisitos podr\u00e1n solicitar una reducci\u00f3n adicional de 1.000 libras esterlinas en sus NIC secundarios de clase 1 y, a partir del ejercicio fiscal 2023-24, tambi\u00e9n en sus obligaciones en materia de impuesto sobre la asistencia sanitaria y social.<\/p>\n<p>El recorte beneficiar\u00e1 a casi medio mill\u00f3n de peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas y har\u00e1 que 50.000 empresas no paguen el NIC ni la Tasa de Asistencia Sanitaria y Social, que se sumar\u00e1n a las 620.000 empresas que ya no deben pagar el NIC ni la Tasa de Asistencia Sanitaria y Social en virtud del actual subsidio de empleo.<\/p>\n<p>Maja Tamiazzo<\/p>\n<p>Foto de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/unsplash.com\/@kellysikkema?utm_source=unsplash&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_content=creditCopyText\">Kelly Sikkema<\/a>\u00a0en\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/unsplash.com\/s\/photos\/tax?utm_source=unsplash&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_content=creditCopyText\">Unsplash<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On March 23rd, Chancellor Rishi Sunak delivered his Spring Statement to the Parliament.
