El mercado de alquiler de habitaciones a trav\u00e9s de Airbnb estuvo de capa ca\u00edda durante el periodo de la pandemia, pero desde que el Gobierno brit\u00e1nico suaviz\u00f3 las restricciones, el r\u00e9gimen generado por Airbnb ha vuelto a repuntar. Si tiene intenci\u00f3n de invertir en este tipo de mercado para generar ingresos a partir de Airbnb, debe tener en cuenta varias implicaciones fiscales.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, hay que tener en cuenta que los ingresos por habitaciones alquiladas en Airbnb deben sumarse a otros rendimientos del trabajo por cuenta ajena y\/o propia y que el plazo para presentar la Declaraci\u00f3n de la Renta suele ser el 31 de enero (o incluso antes, si se env\u00eda en papel) para el ejercicio fiscal que va del 6 de abril al 5 de abril del a\u00f1o anterior (por tanto, para el ejercicio fiscal que va del 6 de abril de 2021 al 5 de abril de 2022, la declaraci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 presentarse antes del 31 de enero de 2023). Para aprovechar todas las ventajas fiscales, debe tener en cuenta que puede acogerse a la \"desgravaci\u00f3n por alquiler de habitaci\u00f3n\" y puede tener derecho a una desgravaci\u00f3n fiscal independiente de sus ingresos principales si solo alquila una habitaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de Airbnb.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, tiene derecho a una desgravaci\u00f3n fiscal independiente por el alquiler de una habitaci\u00f3n, si alquila una habitaci\u00f3n que forme parte de su residencia principal.
