{"id":4028,"date":"2020-08-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-08-06T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/uk-ready-for-no-deal\/"},"modified":"2026-03-10T13:29:21","modified_gmt":"2026-03-10T13:29:21","slug":"el-reino-unido-preparado-para-un-no-acuerdo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/well-tax.com\/es\/uk-ready-for-no-deal\/","title":{"rendered":"El Reino Unido, preparado para un \"no-deal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durante una cena informal entre Boris Johnson, Primer Ministro brit\u00e1nico, y Angela Merkel, Canciller alemana y Presidenta del Consejo de la Uni\u00f3n Europea hasta finales de 2020, se reiter\u00f3 el concepto de que el Reino Unido estar\u00eda dispuesto a abandonar la Uni\u00f3n Europea sin un acuerdo, en caso de que los 27 pa\u00edses del bloque se mostraran poco inclinados al compromiso.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, en estos momentos, las negociaciones a\u00fan est\u00e1n lejos de terminar, cuando quedan ya menos de seis meses para alcanzar un acuerdo que evite el no-deal.<\/p>\n<p>Las principales razones del desacuerdo son tres:<\/p>\n<p>- Influencia de los tribunales europeos en las leyes brit\u00e1nicas;<\/p>\n<p>- Pesca;<\/p>\n<p>- Equilibrio entre la voluntad del Reino Unido de flexibilizar sus normas y el acceso al mercado \u00fanico.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, Boris Johnson se mostr\u00f3 dispuesto a intensificar las conversaciones entre las partes para alcanzar un acuerdo antes de finales de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, si no se llegara a un acuerdo antes de finales de diciembre, se materializar\u00eda el escenario de no acuerdo y, por tanto, a partir de 2021 las relaciones entre el Reino Unido y la Uni\u00f3n Europea estar\u00edan reguladas por la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial del Comercio.
