El 26 de junio de 2020, el Gobierno brit\u00e1nico ha introducido variaciones temporales para favorecer una mayor recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y permitir a las empresas seguir operando durante la crisis pospand\u00e9mica.<\/p>\n

Estas medidas han entrado en vigor el 27 de junio de 2020 y se aplicar\u00e1n a las empresas p\u00fablicas, las empresas privadas, las sociedades de responsabilidad limitada, las Societas Europaeas, las empresas extranjeras y las Agrupaciones Europeas de Inter\u00e9s Econ\u00f3mico. Permitir\u00e1n a estas entidades beneficiarse de las pr\u00f3rrogas de los plazos de presentaci\u00f3n de las sociedades para documentos como las declaraciones de confirmaci\u00f3n, las cuentas financieras, los gastos hipotecarios y los cambios de sociedades. En particular, estos cambios se aplicar\u00e1n a las empresas cuyos plazos de presentaci\u00f3n est\u00e9n fijados entre el 27 de junio de 2020 y el 5 de abril de 2021.<\/p>\n
