Ahora se permite a las empresas aplazar los derechos, las declaraciones aduaneras y algunos controles hasta julio. Sin embargo, tras la decisi\u00f3n del Parlamento brit\u00e1nico, la UE ha declarado que los controles fronterizos sobre las exportaciones del Reino Unido tendr\u00e1n lugar a partir de enero de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Esta decisi\u00f3n ha provocado que miembros de la oposici\u00f3n afirmen que esto puede debilitar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la econom\u00eda del Reino Unido ante una pandemia. En respuesta, el ministro de la Oficina del Gabinete declar\u00f3 que, a pesar de que ya ha pasado el tiempo de una nueva pr\u00f3rroga del Brexit, pronto habr\u00e1 actualizaciones sobre c\u00f3mo se llevar\u00e1n a cabo los controles de las importaciones, no solo para evitar la falta de alimentos frescos, sino tambi\u00e9n para asegurarse de que se recauda la cantidad correcta de impuestos.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el \"plan revisado\", habr\u00e1 tres etapas de control de las importaciones brit\u00e1nicas, se llegue o no a un acuerdo sobre el Brexit:<\/p>\n<p>- Mercanc\u00edas est\u00e1ndar: se controlar\u00e1n con arreglo a la normativa aduanera est\u00e1ndar (es decir, ropa y productos electr\u00f3nicos), pero sustancias como el alcohol se controlar\u00e1n de forma intensiva a partir de principios de 2021. Las empresas brit\u00e1nicas seguir\u00e1n teniendo 6 meses para presentar la documentaci\u00f3n aduanera y pagar los aranceles seg\u00fan lo acordado previamente.<\/p>\n<p>- Mercanc\u00edas de origen animal: a partir del 1 de enero, las empresas deber\u00e1n presentar por adelantado a las autoridades aduaneras la documentaci\u00f3n sanitaria pertinente.<sup>st<\/sup> Abril de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>- A partir del 1 de enero se intensificar\u00e1n los controles de ganado, productos sanitarios y plantas en puntos de entrada clave como Dover.<sup>st<\/sup> julio de 2021. Para entonces, todas las empresas importadoras tendr\u00e1n que presentar declaraciones de aduanas y de \"seguridad y protecci\u00f3n\", as\u00ed como pagar sus obligaciones de importaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Se dispondr\u00e1 de nuevas instalaciones fronterizas en esos puntos de entrada clave para garantizar que los controles se llevan a cabo adecuadamente.<\/p>\n<p>Estas nuevas implementaciones garantizar\u00e1n a las empresas afectadas por el covid-19 un tiempo extra para adaptarse a las nuevas normas. Sin embargo, Bruselas a\u00fan no se ha pronunciado sobre lo que se decidir\u00e1 para la exportaci\u00f3n brit\u00e1nica.
