A partir del 1 de julio, habr\u00e1 mayor flexibilidad para facilitar la transici\u00f3n con la que empresarios y empleados volver\u00e1n al trabajo. Los empresarios tendr\u00e1n la posibilidad de reincorporar a tiempo parcial a los empleados en suspensi\u00f3n de empleo. En consecuencia, los empresarios ser\u00e1n responsables del pago de las horas trabajadas.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En agosto, el gobierno brit\u00e1nico seguir\u00e1 pagando 80% de los salarios hasta un tope de 2.500 libras, pero las empresas tendr\u00e1n que contribuir con la Seguridad Social patronal (ER NICS) y las cotizaciones a la pensi\u00f3n. Los empleadores cotizar\u00e1n a la Seguridad Social (ER NICS) y a las pensiones, as\u00ed como 10% de los salarios, por un total de 80% y hasta 2.500 \u00a3. Por t\u00e9rmino medio, representa 14% de costes laborales brutos, si el trabajador no hubiera sido despedido.<\/p>\n<p>En octubre, el gobierno pagar\u00e1 70% de los salarios, hasta 2.190 \u00a3. Los empresarios cotizar\u00e1n a la Seguridad Social (ER NICS) y a las pensiones, as\u00ed como 20% de los salarios, lo que supone un total de 80% y hasta 2.500 \u00a3. Por t\u00e9rmino medio, representa 23% de los costes laborales brutos, si el trabajador no hubiera sido despedido.<\/p>\n<p><u>El Plan de Retenci\u00f3n de Empleo por Coronavirus finalizar\u00e1 a finales de octubre<\/u><\/p>\n<p>A partir de agosto de 2020, el Gobierno brit\u00e1nico exigir\u00e1 que los empresarios empiecen a asumir parte del coste de los salarios de los empleados en situaci\u00f3n de excedencia. En agosto, los empresarios empezar\u00e1n a pagar la Seguridad Social y las cotizaciones a la pensi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, a partir de septiembre, los empresarios tambi\u00e9n pagar\u00e1n 10% de salarios, seguidos de 20% en octubre.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, los trabajadores seguir\u00e1n recibiendo el mismo nivel de ayuda que ahora (80% de su salario hasta 2.500 libras), gracias al esfuerzo conjunto del Gobierno brit\u00e1nico y los empresarios.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A finales de octubre, tras ocho meses de apoyo gubernamental, el r\u00e9gimen cerrar\u00e1 oficialmente.
