Esto es lo que hay que tener en cuenta.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Es el primer borrador de la historia<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Este documento convierte las promesas pol\u00edticas hechas por ambas partes en diciembre, cuando la Primera Ministra viaj\u00f3 a Bruselas a primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana, en el tipo de lenguaje jur\u00eddico herm\u00e9tico que se encuentra en un tratado t\u00edpico de la UE. No ser\u00e1, pues, una lectura f\u00e1cil. Pero es hist\u00f3ricamente importante porque acabar\u00e1 convirti\u00e9ndose en el documento que selle la salida del Reino Unido de la UE.<\/p>\n<p>Ha sido elaborado por el Grupo Operativo 50 de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, dirigido por el negociador jefe Michel Barnier. Los 27 pa\u00edses restantes de la UE tienen derecho a introducir cambios, pero Barnier ha trabajado dentro de un marco establecido por ellos, de modo que el texto debe reflejar lo que quieren. Los funcionarios de la Comisi\u00f3n afirman que s\u00f3lo quer\u00edan avanzar y poner un texto sobre la mesa.<\/p>\n<p>Lea atentamente la secci\u00f3n sobre Irlanda<\/p>\n<p>Se han acordado tres posibles opciones para evitar una frontera dura entre Irlanda del Norte e Irlanda. La opci\u00f3n A es una relaci\u00f3n futura entre el Reino Unido y la UE que evite la necesidad de una frontera. La opci\u00f3n B es que se encuentren soluciones \u00fanicas -como la tecnolog\u00eda- para resolver el problema. La opci\u00f3n C es que Irlanda del Norte siga ajust\u00e1ndose a las normas de la UE en una serie de \u00e1mbitos.<\/p>\n<p>La C es la que m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n recibe en el texto, pero la UE se ha empe\u00f1ado en decir que las otras dos opciones siguen siendo viables... siempre que el Reino Unido facilite m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre ellas.<\/p>\n<p>No se ha acordado con el Reino Unido<\/p>\n<p>Este documento sirve de base para las negociaciones con el Gobierno. Hay algunos \u00e1mbitos en los que las dos partes a\u00fan no han llegado a un acuerdo, por lo que parte de la redacci\u00f3n reflejar\u00e1 una posici\u00f3n exclusiva de la UE. Por ejemplo, Bruselas dice que el Tribunal de Justicia Europeo debe supervisar el tratado del Brexit. Por tanto, el documento hace referencia al TJUE. El Reino Unido no est\u00e1 de acuerdo. Tendr\u00e1n que llegar a un compromiso.<\/p>\n<p>Es muy largo<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto tiene m\u00e1s de 120 p\u00e1ginas y contiene 168 apartados (llamados \"art\u00edculos\" en la jerga de la UE). Contiene varios anexos y protocolos, secciones que aparecen fuera del cuerpo principal del texto. Estos tambi\u00e9n cuentan. Por ejemplo, las cl\u00e1usulas originales de no participaci\u00f3n del Reino Unido en las pol\u00edticas europeas de Justicia e Interior, el euro y el espacio Schengen figuran en protocolos a\u00f1adidos al final de los principales tratados de la UE.<\/p>\n<p>Esto es todo sobre el divorcio<\/p>\n<p>El Tratado establece las condiciones de la salida del Reino Unido.
