No obstante, afirm\u00f3 que Gran Breta\u00f1a debe mantener estrechos v\u00ednculos con los otros 27 Estados miembros de la UE para minimizar los trastornos.<\/p>\n<p>\"Me opuse firmemente al Brexit. Habl\u00e9 en contra del Brexit. Dije que un voto a favor del Brexit ser\u00eda un impuesto al Brexit. No se me ocurre nada m\u00e1s contundente que eso. Tengo familia que son ciudadanos brit\u00e1nicos y que quieren ser ciudadanos del mundo y ciudadanos de la UE\", dijo.<\/p>\n<p>\"Pero no ganamos. Fue decidido, votado y confirmado por el Parlamento. Sigamos adelante\", dijo.<\/p>\n<p>El Secretario General de la OCDE dijo que el tel\u00f3n de fondo del proceso del Brexit era una econom\u00eda mundial que estaba mejorando, pero que a\u00fan no hab\u00eda recuperado los niveles de crecimiento anteriores a la crisis financiera de hace una d\u00e9cada.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\"No estamos viviendo un boom, sino una recuperaci\u00f3n\", afirm\u00f3. \"Han tenido que pasar 10 a\u00f1os y a\u00fan no hemos vuelto a estar como antes. Eso deber\u00eda ser aleccionador\".<\/p>\n<p>Gurr\u00eda afirm\u00f3 que las reformas para mejorar la educaci\u00f3n y las cualificaciones, as\u00ed como las medidas para impulsar la investigaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo, son importantes para que la recuperaci\u00f3n mundial sea sostenible.
