La comunidad, el lugar, la identidad y la responsabilidad personal desempe\u00f1an un papel importante\", afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio de m\u00e1s de 2.000 adultos, realizado por Populus para RSA, sostiene que es necesario centrarse de nuevo en la seguridad econ\u00f3mica para hacer frente a los retos de la Gran Breta\u00f1a trabajadora en la d\u00e9cada de 2020, a medida que avanza la automatizaci\u00f3n. La RSA tambi\u00e9n aboga por una renta b\u00e1sica universal que complemente el trabajo remunerado y proporcione a todos un medio de ahorro.<\/p>\n<p>Frances O'Grady, Secretaria General del TUC, afirm\u00f3 que la crisis salarial en Gran Breta\u00f1a debe ser la primera prioridad del Gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>\"Los trabajadores se encuentran en medio de la reducci\u00f3n salarial m\u00e1s prolongada desde la \u00e9poca napole\u00f3nica, con salarios reales a\u00fan m\u00e1s bajos que antes de la crisis financiera\", afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La crisis financiera se cobr\u00f3 un alto precio en los niveles de vida del Reino Unido, ya que los precios subieron m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que los salarios en los seis a\u00f1os posteriores a 2008. Tras un breve respiro en 2015 y 2016, los salarios reales volvieron a bajar en 2017, ya que la fuerte ca\u00edda del valor de la libra, provocada por el voto a favor del Brexit, elev\u00f3 el coste de los bienes importados y aument\u00f3 la inflaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La inflaci\u00f3n pas\u00f3 de 0,5% en junio de 2016 -el mes del refer\u00e9ndum- a 3,1% en noviembre.
