Esto muestra que el Canciller espera que los efectos del Brexit sean m\u00e1s duros en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os. Este patr\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se refleja en el porcentaje de endeudamiento p\u00fablico en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os, ya que despu\u00e9s del Brexit las previsiones fiscales parecen peores que las pronosticadas en marzo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Como resultado del cuadro anterior, el endeudamiento p\u00fablico de este a\u00f1o disminuir\u00e1 en unos 8.000 millones de libras, ya que los ingresos fiscales han sido mayores este a\u00f1o y tambi\u00e9n como consecuencia de un menor gasto p\u00fablico. Sin embargo, el d\u00e9ficit previsto para 2020-21 deber\u00eda aumentar en m\u00e1s de 10.000 millones de libras respecto a la previsi\u00f3n de marzo, y el Gobierno ha manifestado su deseo de reducir el endeudamiento a menos de 2% de la renta nacional para 2020-21. Seg\u00fan la Oficina de Responsabilidad Presupuestaria, el d\u00e9ficit brit\u00e1nico no se eliminar\u00e1 hasta 2031 con los planes tories.<\/p>\n

Hammond intentar\u00e1 invertir las previsiones de crecimiento de la productividad y d\u00e9ficit de la OBR con diversos incentivos procedentes del fondo nacional de inversi\u00f3n en productividad, dotado con 23.000 millones de libras, y del fondo para el desaf\u00edo de la estrategia industrial, dotado con 5.000 millones de libras anuales para proyectos de transporte e infraestructuras, as\u00ed como fomentando una mayor inversi\u00f3n en tecnolog\u00eda, investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo.<\/p>\n
